Mirčev, Andrej, visual artist and dramaturge, graduated Philosophy, History and Theatre Sciences from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb. He receieved his PhD at the Freie University in Berlin in 2011. In his artistic-theoretical work he explores relations between different media (photography, video, performance, installation) and he has participated in several group and solo exhibitions. As a dramaturge, Mirčev works with acclaimed choreographers and directors in Croatia and abroad. He also teaches at the Acting and Media Department at the University of Rijeka. His most important projects are: Dream of Danilo Kis, I(ch)zolacia, Pedagogies of de/contamination, Choreo_drift, Territories/Diagrams of omitted knowledge.
