Enrolment in the Next Year of Study - the Academic Year 2023/2024

The enrolment in the academic year 2023/2024 will take place from 27 September 2023 to 29 September 2023 at the Student Administration Office (9:00 - 13:00).

The enrolment procedure requires the following:

1. Students enrolling in the next year of study

- proof of payment of the enrolment fee - 27,00 EUR

- proof of payment for the Student Union projects - 7,00 EUR

- proof of payment of the tuition fees (according to the Decision on the Tuition Fees and Special Fees for Undergraduate and Graduate Study Programmes)

- certificate issued to student survey respondents (the link can be found on the website of the Academy), does not apply to students re-enrolling in the same year of study

- one can submit the request for the recognition of the completed courses of other study programmes until 13 October 2023 (requests submitted after this deadline will not be considered)

-  one can submit requests for the continuation of the interrupted study, the completion of the study, etc. until 30 September 2023

All payments should be made to IBAN of the Academy: HR7323600001102689236, Model: 00, Poziv na broj (reference number): OIB (personal identification number) of the student

 

2. Students re-enrolling in the same year of study

- proof of payment of the accident insurance costs - 3,98 EUR

- proof of payment of the Student Union costs - 7,00 EUR

- certificate issued by the library of the Academy of Arts and Culture in Osijek which states that every book has been returned

From the Regulations on Studies and Studying at the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek:

“Article 51. Students are entitled to enrol in the next year of study if they have, by the registration deadline, fulfilled all obligations arising from the study programme and passed the examinations in courses which, according to the ECTS system and established by the study programme, enable them to enrol into the next year of the study.”

“Article 52. (4) Full-time students who have fulfilled their study obligations determined by the study programme and who have achieved 55 ECTS credits in the previous year of study are entitled to enrol in the next year of study without participation in the costs of study, i.e. the payment of tuition fees.”

“(5) Full-time students who have fulfilled their study obligations and the requirements for the enrolment in the next year of study as expressed by ECTS system in accordance with the Decision of the Senate on the Conditions Regarding the Enrolment in the Next Year of Study are required to participate in the payment of study costs, i.e. the tuition fees in accordance with the Decision of the Senate on the Linear Model of Studying at the University.”

“(7) Full-time students who have not fulfilled their study obligations and the requirements for the enrolment in the next year of study as expressed by ECTS system in accordance with the Decision of the Senate on the Conditions Regarding the Enrolment in the Next Year of Study re-enrol in the same year of study and are required to pay the full amount of the tuition fees in accordance with the Decision of the Senate on the Linear Model of Studying at the University. Full-time students may re-enrol in the same year of study only once provided they have achieved at least 24 ECTS credits. If students do not fulfil these conditions, they lose the status of full-time students and they may, at their own request and by the Decision of the Professional Council of the Study Holder, continue their study as part-time students.”
