The role of the Student Administration Office

• provides information about applications, entrance exams and enrolment,
• accepts enrolment applications,
• carries out the enrolment procedure,
• issues all written certificates about the status of students, the record of grades and so on,
• accepts the requests submitted by students for transfer to another study programme or status,
• addresses the questions put by students,
• provides other information about studying at the Academy.

 

Office hours:

• every weekday from 8:00 to 13:00
• Wednesdays until 17:00

Erasmus counselling:

• Wednesdays from 14:00 to 15:00
