Upon completion of the programme students will acquire the knowledge and skills of successful public communication. These will include public relations, political communication, psycho consulting, active listening, interpersonal communication, business conversation, introduction and presentation, phone communication, written communication – writing skills; management, teamwork, WDEP system, methods of making group work easier, business communication, relationship networks.
It also includes feedback, double meaning, self-expression, negotiation steps. Communication skills, communication obstacles, efficient communication techniques, assertiveness, passive and aggressive behaviour, communication with difficult people.
Psychic human characteristics, skills, perception, attitudes, senses, conflicts and ways of resolving conflicts.
They will also learn to communicate non-verbally so that they can identify, recognise, define and remember the elements that constitute the variety of visual communication and pick visual elements of a specific style and according to a specific purpose in order to point out, hide or change specific visual elements of visually differential values and by doing that, create the desired and/or requested visual identity.
