We are pleased to inform you of a Traineeship Opportunity available for your students, offered through the FAME’S Project and FAME’S Institute, based in Skopje, North Macedonia. This program is eligible for Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility, and is designed to provide aspiring musicians with direct, hands-on experience in a professional orchestral setting.
Overview of the Traineeship:
- Length: 2 to 3 weeks (preferably 3 weeks)
• Daily Schedule: 3 to 6 hours per day
• Compensation: €150 per week
• Mobility Support: Erasmus+ Mobility Programme for Traineeships

- Studio Training Experience
Students will participate in professional recording sessions with FAME’S Orchestra at the studio, allowing them to:
- Develop a deeper understanding of studio recording techniques
• Gain real-world experience in professional music recording
• Learn to perform under industry-standard conditions and tight deadlines
• Work alongside film and media composers in a high-pressure environment
- Supervision & Career Development
A dedicated mentor will conduct weekly supervision meetings with students, offering:
- Career development guidance in the music and recording industry
• Personalized feedback on their performances
• Discussions on recording techniques and music production insights to enhance their skills
- Traineeship Program Models
There are two models of a traineeship program:
- Model 1:
The traineeship lasts 2–3 weeks and takes place during professional sessions of the orchestra. It is available in January, March, June, October, November and December.
- Model 2:
The traineeship lasts 2–3 weeks and includes both professional recording sessions and participation in FAME’S Institute’s orchestral courses. This model is offered in February, April/May, July and September.
About FAME’S Project and FAME’S Institute
Established in 2007, FAME’S Project is specialized in orchestral music recording for the film industry, having produced over 4000 orchestral projects for markets in Europe, USA, South America and Asia.
In 2017, the company opened a 2000 m² orchestral studio in Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia, equipped with excellent acoustics and technical equipment.
During their stay, students will have the opportunity to participate in professional recording sessions with FAME’S professional orchestra. This program provides students with the chance to:
- Gain hands-on experience working in a professional orchestra
• Improve their musical and technical skills
• Learn about recording and performance techniques in a professional studio environment
The European Creative Orchestral Program for Skilled Youth – FAME’S Institute, is led by FAME’S Project.
The program enhances the artistic and individual skills of young classical musicians across Europe through diverse training and performance opportunities. Its curriculum covers a wide range of genres, including Film, Video Game, Hybrid, Jazz, Modern, Contemporary, Classical, and Traditional orchestral music.
The program goes beyond traditional educational practices as it also emphasizes the importance of adapting to the digital age and promotes values that are essential to European identity and culture.
Each course features lectures, music workshops, training sessions, recording opportunities, concerts, and extracurricular activities that encourage artistic and personal development.
Additional Information
Accommodation
The accommodation offers 18 bedrooms with a total of 27 beds spread over two floors in the building. Each room is equipped with comfortable beds, a private bathroom, desk, wardrobe, and includes bed linen and a towel. Guests have access to a laundry room with washing machines and a dryer, and a communal room.
FAME’S Bistro is located on the ground floor of the building. The kitchen is integrated with the accommodations, providing meals including breakfast, lunch and dinner. The atmosphere of the place is quiet, comfortable, and designed with an industrial style.
