Upon completion of the programme students will acquire the applied ceramics knowledge and skills.
The programme includes lectures and exercises. Besides acquiring knowledge and developing their motor and visual skills, students will learn about:
– types of baking clay
– ways of modelling
– types of texture
– volume
– enamel
– baking procedures
– model multiplication and so on.
Upon completion of the programme students will learn to independently work with ceramics. Their work will be presented at a one-day exhibition at the premises of the Academy that will be open for the public. This will provide every student with an opportunity to evaluate their applied ceramics skills and an insight into their personal artistic expression.
