All incoming students should notify the Erasmus coordinator at the Academy about their departure, at least 10 days in advance.

If there should occur any unexpected or unplanned changes to your departure from Osijek, please make sure that you notify the Erasmus coordinator at the Academy as soon as possible about it.

The Academy of Arts and Culture in Osijek is in charge of preparing a Transcript of Records at the end of your mobility.
